Regulatory compliance addresses adherence to laws and regulations set by governing bodies; federal, state, and local. By participating in compliance training, employees are better equipped to identify potential risks, avoid violations, and contribute to a culture of accountability and integrity within the organization. Below is a selection of my recently developed compliance courses. Each includes an introduction to the regulation, explainer videos, hand-on practice, and a comprehensive assessment (delivered jargon-free) and is a product of close collaboration between myself and the subject matter experts.

Description: asynchronous training course on the OSHA Standard and the Cornell university Standard. Developed to be retaken annually by workers affected in any Lockout/Tagout situation.

Description: This program is designed to give Crowd Managers the information necessary to provide occupant safety wherever people gather. Including pre-event, during, and post-event debrief information; and crowd manager responsibilities; closing with a comprehensive assessment.
