Corporate Matching

YOUR EMPLOYER MAY DOUBLE YOUR GIFT TO SMTF!

Many companies have matching gift programs where, once you make a charitable donation to Simonds, they will match your donation, dollar for dollar.  You can double your donation without taking another dollar from your own pocket.  All you have to do is:

STEP 1. DONATE

1. Click here to donate online now. 

2. Checks can be made out to SMTF.

STEP 2. MATCH

There are typically two ways for you to submit your matching request:

• If your employer provides a link to their intranet or to a vendor they use for administering their matching gift program, such as the JK Group / EasyMatch, log in and submit your matching gift request. They’ll process your gift request and send it to us.

• If your employer has a form for you to submit, download your employer’s matching gift verification form using the link they provide. Print it, fill it out and drop off at the school office addressed to SMTF, Corporate Matching. Alternatively, you can mail the form to: Simonds Music and Technology Foundation, 6515 Grapevine Way, San Jose, CA 95120, Attn: Corporate Matching.

Should your employer inform you that they have reached their annual corporate matching maximum, please try again in January.
