Jazz MPA

SSMS Jazz Band Trip to Lake Mary HS - Thursday, February 29th

Schedule:

• 9:30 AM: Bus pick-up at SSMS

• Arrival: Lake Mary HS

• Until 3:00 PM: Listen to other jazz bands perform

• 3:00 PM: Warm-up time for SSMS Jazz Band

• 3:30 PM: SSMS Jazz Band performance (concert open to family and friends)

• 6:30 PM: Estimated bus pick-up time after the performance

• 7:30 PM: Estimated arrival back at SSMS

Meals:

• Dinner will be provided for students.

• Students need to bring their own lunches. Please let us know if your student needs a lunch and we will try to accommodate.

Chaperones:

• We are looking for 4 chaperones, with 2 chaperones needed to ride the bus.

• We would also appreciate 1 chaperone to tow the trailer. Trailer pick-up needs to be done by 9:30 AM on Thursday.

Student Instruments:

• Student instruments will be transported on the trailer.
