Volusia County Middle School All-County Band

The Volusia County Middle School All-County Band is a prestigious ensemble made up of the most talented young musicians from across the county. It's a chance for students to challenge themselves, perform advanced repertoire, and work with renowned conductors.

How to Earn a Seat

Earning a spot in the All-County Band is a competitive process. Students must audition on their primary instrument, demonstrating proficiency in scales, etudes, and sight-reading. The audition process is rigorous, but the rewards are immense.

• Thursday, January 16th, 6:00 PM - 9:00 PM: Silver Sands Middle School

• Tuesday, January 21st, 6:00 PM - 9:00 PM: Silver Sands Middle School

• Thursday, January 23rd, 6:00 PM - 9:00 PM: University High School

• Friday, January 24th, 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM: University High School

Concert:

• Saturday, January 25th:

  • 10:15 AM: Sound Check

  • 11:30 AM: Concert at University High School
