When can I place my order?

We usually open pre-orders every Sunday and close them by Thursday.

(Pre-orders may close earlier or pause for the week once order limit is reached.)

When will I receive my order?

To preserve the quality and the freshness of the products, orders are available for pick-up/delivery every Saturdays.

Where can I pick-up my order?

You can pick up your order from SM Center Sangandaan.

Where can I purchase Sikapp Rolls?

Sikapp Rolls are only available online through our Social Media Accounts and during bazaar pop-ups.

What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept payments via GCash or BDO Bank Transfer only.

Do you accept cash payments?

To ensure that there is no last-minute cancellation of orders, we encourage online transactions. The option for cash payments is acceptable once pick-up is confirmed.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders are only cancellable 2 days before productions day.

(Cancellation of orders during production days are only subject to a 50% refund.)
