Sikapp Rolls is a rising home-based bakery founded by Alex Gonzales and Martin Patrick Tan, college couples turned business partners. 

Rooted in South Caloocan, Sikapp Rolls began its journey in May 2025, initially sharing their baked goods with loved ones and gradually expanding their reach through social media and food bazaars. 

Alex graduated with a degree of Bachelor of Science in Management Accounting at the University of the East. Her love for baking began in her teenage years and has always dreamed of building her own café. As she explores various activities during college days, such as being a part of the theater organization of the university and crocheting, her heart ends up going back to baking and making food for other people. She believes that with the continuous hard work and dedication, her dreams will eventually become a reality.

Martin graduated with a degree of Bachelor of Science in Financial Management from the University of the East, now works as an Internal Auditor at Basic Holdings Corporation. For Martin, building a business is more than profit, it’s about creating something valuable for other people to benefit from. He believes that hard work should be driven by the desire to make a positive impact in people’s lives.
