Welcome to Sikapp Rolls! By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms and conditions listed below. These terms are designed to protect both the customer and the business.
1. Ordering
Orders are accepted through social media inbox and pre-order form.
Please provide complete and accurate information (name, contact number, address, order details).
Incomplete or incorrect information may delay processing or delivery.
2. Payment
Payments may be made via GCash, bank transfer, or cash upon pickup (if available).
For deliveries, full payment may be required before dispatch to confirm your order.
Failure to pay within the given deadline may result in automatic cancellation.
3. Order Confirmation
Your order is confirmed once we receive proof of payment (if required).
We will send a confirmation message including pickup/delivery details.
Prices and menu items may change without prior notice.
4. Cancellations
Orders are only cancellable 2 days before productions day (usually Fridays).
Cancellations made after this window may no longer be accepted since ingredients may already be prepared.
No-shows for pickup orders may affect future order acceptance.
5. Delivery & Pickup
Deliveries are handled by third-party riders of online bookings (Lalamove, Grab delivery, etc.)
Delivery fees are shouldered by the customer.
Please be available to receive your order within the agreed time.
Once the order is handed over to the rider, delivery delays are beyond our control.
6. Product Quality
All cinnamon rolls are handmade and baked fresh.
Products should be consumed on the same day for best taste and quality.
Store leftovers in an airtight container and refrigerate if not consumed immediately. Our rolls can last up to 3 days at room temperature and up to 1 week when refrigerated. Please note that quality may decrease the longer they are stored.Â
7. Return & Refund Policy
We aim to provide excellent quality.
If you are not satisfied due to quality issues, we offer one FREE replacement.
No cash refunds.
Issues must be reported within 24 hours, with photos or description.
8. Customer Responsibilities
By ordering from Sikapp Rolls, you agree that:
You have provided accurate delivery/pickup information.
You will inspect your order upon receiving it.
You will store or consume the product properly.
You will report issues respectfully and within the required time period.
9. Allergies & Ingredients
Our products may contain dairy, eggs, wheat, and cinnamon.
It is the customer's responsibility to inform us of any allergies before ordering.
We cannot guarantee a fully allergen-free environment.
10. Use of Photos & Feedback
By sending reviews or photos of the product, you grant Sikapp Rolls permission to feature them on our social media pages (unless you request otherwise).
11. Changes to Terms
Sikapp Rolls may update these Terms & Services at any time.
Any changes will be posted publicly.
