A free replacement may be given if:

To qualify for a replacement:
Message us within 24 hours of receiving your order
Send a photo or short description of the issue
Return the remaining product if requested (for evaluation)
We do not issue cash refunds. Instead, we replace your order with a new batch, free of charge.
