大会お申込み・お支払い方法
Registration and Payment: Two easy steps!
① Register for and purchase your Conference Ticket through the PEATIX System: https://sietar2022.peatix.com/
② Receive the Conference ZOOM links by email one or two days before the conference.
NOTE:
*Members will need their 8-digit membership number indicated on the address label on envelopes from SIETAR Japan when registering. If you cannot locate your membership number, please contact office@sietar-japan.org.
*You will only be able to access the helpdesk/ Ikinuku ZOOM room links through PEATIX. Links for each track will be emailed to you one or two days before the conference. Please ensure you check your email
Conference Fees
*SIETAR Members: 3000 yen (including SIETAR members in overseas regions)
◎After the Early Bird deadline (Nov. 7), all participants, including students will be asked to pay 5000 yen. Please be aware of the Early bird deadline.
*Non-members: 5000 yen
*Keynote Sessions only: 1500 yen
◎Keynote only attendees may access both the Japanese and English Keynotes.
*Students: Free of charge (including high school students, vocational school students, graduate students, etc.): free of charge until November 7th. Any students registering after the early bird deadline will be asked to pay the 5000 yen registration fee.
◎Students will be asked for confirmation by providing a photo of their student ID by email after they have registered.
◎Those who are working or in charge of participating students are also kindly requested to pay the appropriate conference fee.
If you already have an account with PEATIX, you can use this account to purchase a “Ticket” for the conference. If you do not have a PEATIX account, please make an account first then proceed to purchase a Ticket.
Payment can be made by credit card, convenience store payment, ATM/Bank transfer and Paypal. Confirmation of payment and purchase of your ticket will be sent to your email.
Receipts
Receipts for the conference will not be issued directly by SIETAR Japan. Instead, they can be accessed and downloaded from the PEATIX Website, and will show the conference name. See here for more information:

② 大会2日前、または前日に大会参加用Zoomリンクをご登録いただいたメールアドレスにお送りいたします。
注) * お申込みする際、8桁の会員番号（封筒に記載されている番号）は必要です。会員番号のお問い合わせはoffice@sietar-japan.orgまでご連絡ください。
*大会ヘルプデスクと息抜きラウンジ用のZoomリンクには、PEATIXを通してのみアクセス可能です。その他の大会用Zoomリンクは大会2日前、または前日にメールでお送りいたします。必ずメールをご確認ください。
大会参加費
*異文化コミュニケーション学会（シータージャパン）会員：3000円（海外のシーター会員を含む）
◎早期申し込み期間（11月7日まで）を過ぎますと、学生を含むすべての方に5000円をお支払いいただきます。締切にご注意ください。
*非会員：5000円
*基調講演のみ：1500円
◎基調講演のみのチケットは、日英両基調講演にご参加いただけます。
*学生：無料 (学生には高校生、専門学校生、大学院生などが含まれます）：無料でご参加いただけるのは11月7日までにお申込みいただいた方に限ります。11月7日を過ぎてお申込みいただいた学生の方には、5000円をお支払いいただきます。
◎学生の方には、お申し込み後、学生証の画像をメールにてご提出いただきます。
◎大学の専任、また正社員としてのお仕事をお持ちの方は、学生としてのご参加をご遠慮ください。
すでにPEATIXのアカウントをお持ちの方は、同じアカウントで大会チケットをご購入いただけます。まだお持ちでない方は、最初にPEATIXにアカウントを作成の上、チケットをご購入ください。
お支払方法は、クレジットカード、コンビニ支払い、銀行ATMからのお振込み、オンラインバンキング、またはPaypalからお選びいただけます。お支払い証明とチケットはメール宛に送られます。
お支払い領収書
異文化コミュニケーション学会（シータージャパン）からの領収証の発行はいたしません。大会名が記載された領収証はPEATIXのウェブサイトからダウンロードいただけます。詳細は下記URLをご覧ください。
