Terms & Conditions for Echo's Soul Effective Date: August 2, 2026
Welcome to Echo's Soul ("Application"). This User Agreement ("Agreement") governs your access to and use of the Application provided by Siengi ("we," "our," or "us"). By using the Application, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to fully abide by the terms outlined in this Agreement and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Application.
1. Eligibility (Minimum Age) You must be at least 18 years old to use the Application. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement. If we discover that you are underage, we reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate your account.
2. Description of the Service and AI Transparency Echo's Soul provides an interactive gaming experience where users interact with Artificial Intelligence (AI) driven characters via text and multimedia content. All interactions, characters, and storylines are entirely fictional and intended solely for entertainment. By using the Application, you acknowledge and agree that you are communicating with an AI system and not a human being.
3. User Conduct and Content Responsibility You are solely responsible for all content (text and images) you upload. You agree not to generate or share content that is unlawful, offensive, violent, sexually explicit, or infringing on third-party rights. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that upload prohibited or illegal media.
4. AI-Generated Synthetic Content (Disclaimer) All text and images produced by the AI within the Application are synthetic content. To comply with transparency regulations, AI-generated images provided by our service include machine-readable metadata (such as C2PA) identifying them as artificially generated. You acknowledge that AI responses are unpredictable. You are responsible for your interpretation of, and any action taken based on, the AI-generated content. AI content is not a substitute for professional advice.
5. Intellectual Property All content within the Application (models, code, UI) belongs to Siengi. You are granted a personal, non-commercial license to use the Application.
6. User Content License and Third-Party Processing You retain ownership of the images and text you upload. By uploading content, you grant Siengi a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, process, and use such content solely for the purpose of providing the AI service features to you.
You acknowledge that your content is transmitted to external API providers (including, but not limited to, Google, DeepSeek, SiliconFlow, and Promptchan) to generate responses. You agree that your data will be subject to the respective privacy policies of these third parties, which may include the use of your data to train their models. Siengi is not liable for how these external providers manage, store, or use the data you voluntarily submit into the Application.
7. In-App Purchases and Monetization The Application uses a credit system (message counter) refillable via in-app purchases or rewarded ads. All transactions are processed by third-party processors like Google Play and are generally non-refundable.
8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability The Application is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Siengi shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of the Application or reliance on AI-generated content.
9. Termination of Agreement We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for any material breach of this Agreement. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Italy. Any disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Milan, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection laws.
