User-Uploaded Content: Images, photos, or other media files you voluntarily upload or send within the Application to interact with the AI features.
Purchase Data: History of in-app purchases or subscriptions (managed by third-party payment processors, e.g., Google Play).
1.2 Technical and Usage Data This data is collected automatically when you use the Application:
Device Data: Device model, operating system, app version, and language.
Network Data: IP address, unique device identifiers.
Usage Data: Session duration, feature interaction, in-app purchases, crash logs, and performance metrics.
AI Interaction Data: Messages you send to the AI, user-uploaded images or media for AI analysis, and AI-generated responses.

3. Artificial Intelligence and Synthetic Content (AI Act Compliance) Echo's Soul is an AI-driven role-playing game. By using the Application, you acknowledge that you are interacting with an Artificial Intelligence system and not a human being.
Synthetic Media: All text and images generated by the AI within the Application are synthetic content.
Content Marking: In compliance with applicable regulations, AI-generated images provided by our service include machine-readable metadata (e.g., C2PA) to identify them as artificially generated.
Limitations: While we strive for high-quality interactions, AI models may occasionally produce unpredictable, inaccurate, or inappropriate responses. The AI's statements do not reflect the opinions or policies of Siengi.
Image Analysis: Any images uploaded by you to the Application are analyzed by the AI strictly to describe the visual content and objects within the context of the roleplay. The Application does not use emotion recognition systems or biometric profiling.
4. Sharing of Your Data and Third-Party AI Providers We do not sell or rent your personal data. However, to provide the AI features, your text inputs and uploaded images are processed by third-party Artificial Intelligence providers (including, but not limited to, Google, DeepSeek, SiliconFlow, and Promptchan).
Important Disclaimer regarding Third-Party Training: We do not control how these third-party providers use your data. Depending on their respective Terms of Service and Privacy Policies, these providers may use your inputs (text, images, and interactions) to train and improve their own foundational AI models. By using Echo's Soul, you acknowledge and consent to this data flow. We strongly advise you not to share real personal names, addresses, sensitive information, or private photos during your roleplay sessions.
Analytics and Ads: We may share limited usage data with platforms like Firebase/Google Analytics and advertising networks (e.g., AdMob) for displaying rewarded ads.
Legal and Safety Reasons: If required by law or to protect our rights.
5. Data Retention and Security
Retention: We retain your information as long as necessary to provide the services. Upon account deletion, data is securely deleted or anonymized.
Security: We employ industry-standard security measures. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute protection.
6. Children’s Privacy Warning The Application is intended exclusively for users who are 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under 18. If discovered, such data will be immediately deleted.
