Dress Code

No street clothes, street shoes, or jewelry in classes. 

All dancers MUST have their hair secured from face in a ponytail, braid, or tight bun to participate in class. 

*Exceptions to the dress code will be made for ESE students in all classes.

NEW THIS YEAR:

• Any color leotard can be worn

• Skin tone jazz shoes and tap shoes for girls

*Families enrolled prior to August 2026 have until our Nutcracker Performance (December 2026) to meet these requirements.

Caretaker and Child Dance Programs

All participants should be in dance or athletic pants or leggings, a moveable and breathable t-shirt, and socks or barefoot.

Preschool Dance Programs

Girls: 

Ballet - Pink canvas or leather ballet shoes, skin tone tights, and a leotard

More Information

• A wrap shrug or form fitting jacket can be worn during colder months.

• Students in ballet can wear a skirt/tutu.

• Students MUST wear tights if they are not in pants that reach their knees or lower.

• Students in Tap, Jazz, or Contemporary can wear black jazz shorts, pants, or leggings.
