Meeting Expectations and Rules

The meetings mostly follow "Robert's Rules of Order." We address a home owner's concern during the meeting if it directly pertains to the matter under discussion, but for other issues, we have "Home Owner Forum", a period of time at the end of the meeting for home owners to bring up their specific concerns.

Since we have a large volume of information and issues to try to address, sometimes the meetings run long, and we try to keep discussion on topic as much as possible.
