Architectural Control Committee

The Architectural Control Committee helps to decide on issues having to do with homeowner requests for changes to units, and helps to set policy for the appearance of the community.

When building a fence, the fence specifications require the fence to be 6' dog eared. The county requires a permit for anything over 40". You can review the county information here.

We plan to create documents that help the homeowner to better comply with the community desires.

To do list:

  1. Make sure county and HOA fence specifications make sense, and which we should use.
  2. Create easy use ACC request form
  3. Get volunteers to help with ACC
  4. Find out why we have individual unit fences, and the declarations forbid those
