Safety and Insurance Committee

The purpose of this committee is to determine what we can do to mitigate and lower our risks for insurance purposes, so we can be safer as a communities and lower our costs we pay to insurance, one of our larger costs in the total budget.

Action items that would help to lower insurance:

A Regular program of chimney cleaning/certification that the homeowner has cleaned his or her chimney.
