Promotional Process

The promotion process in FHP follows a 5 step plan. In order to be eligible for a promotion, Officers must meet AT LEAST 4 of the 5 categories listed. Promotions and demotions happen every Saturday of each week.

• Behavior: This is the most important aspect in the promotion process. Disrespectful towards other clan members is not tolerated for any reason and will result in possible demotions and removal from the Department.

• Knowledge: Are you knowledgeable of the BCSO Standard Operating Procedure?

• Attendance: Are you attending the community meetings and BCSO meetings? Are you an active member?

• Patrols: Are you proactive in starting a patrol and attending it? This measures how well you patrol.

• Recommendations: Have you received any recommendations by another member or supervisors?
