Demotion Policy

Demotions will usually happen every week for any ranking member if they are inactive or do not submit a patrol log within a week. At least one patrol log must be submitted within a week (Sergeant and Lieutenant must submit at least 3 patrol log within a week and Captain must submit at least 5 patrol log within a week) to be considered active within LEO. An exception to that policy is if an LOA is made and approved. An LOA must NOT be longer the 30 days. However, demotions can happen at any time if a supervisor feels the individual does not meet the standards for the rank they hold.

FHP Removal Policy

Only Supervisor + can remove an LEO for breaking common sense rules or if they are banned from the server. 3 BCSO strikes will also lead to an BCSO removal and must wait at least 7 days before they can re-apply for BCSO. An individual can also be removed from BCSO if they are inactive for more than 14 days. Meaning if they do not play on the server or submit a patrol log within 14 days. An LEO can also be removed if they do not meet the standards they are expected to hold as an BCSO Deputy
