For this project, I was tasked to find examples of CyberSecurity in the news and evaluate their sources. I found two examples of people being caught and detained after using other peoples information/invading peoples privacy.

• The truthfulness and integrity of the facts: Includes links leading to two seperate mugshots of the suspect

• How is it written and presented? Saunders presented the charges then talks about the investigation

• The truthfulness and integrity of the facts: They include location, name, and age of suspect, as well as a video featuring the news report that they aired

• How is it written and presented? McGlynn presents the the suspect and what officers said on the situtation

My Certificate

I completed the CCBC Cybersecurity training and watched all the videos and did all the assessments.

Lesson Learned

I learned a lot about the many ways people are scammed or robbed of their information. I also learned new terms like Phishing, which means trying to get people to give you personal information through email or messages.
