TRACK SESSIONS

Starting 21st May 2026, Shadwell Runners will be launching a 10-week programme of Summer track sessions.

These will take place 19:30-20:30 every Thursday on the athletics track at The Grammar School at Leeds.

The cost is minimal to cover the club's investment in a regular booking: £3 pay-as-you-run or £20 for a 10-week block.

Whether it's an interval session with a run leader, a social chatting run/walk in circles, or anything in between, the choice is yours.
