Security First will soon be retiring Silvertrac and transitioning over to GuardTek m.post as the reporting Solution. Look for materials to be added to this section soon. Until this transition is complete, expected in October and November of 2020, officers will continue to use SilverTrac.

What is m.Post ? GuardTek m.Post is the incident reporting software used by Security first to record incidents and issues in the filed. The software provides state of the art near real-time access to Security First Operations, Dispatch, and a client view portal for viewing incident reports and keeping officers abreast of situations in the field.

The more proficient an officer is with the software, the better their field reporting and information access capabilities. m.Post is employed by security first operations at most standing sites and patrol, and used administratively for inter-department tasks. m.Post is a very powerful tool, providing a means for reporting, action and review by officers, management and the client.
