Tina Tarnoff has been an avid participant in the North Beach Art scene for nearly two decades. Originally from Croatia, she lived in London before landing on the Beach. Tina is known for her very original and precise hand-cut paper cut techniques, favoring literary and nature-based subjects in Victorian-style silhouettes, but she's also a quite principled figurative painter whose canvasses both reveal and conceal powerful emotion in that wonderful way that rewards staring. Find her fine art and the jewelry it inspires on Etsy.
