Canessa Art Gallery

Located in the historic Canessa Printing building, Canessa Gallery has been featuring dedicated, full-time artists for half a century. Zach Stewart, its long-time proprietor, believes fiercely in the stewardship of the land and our natural environment, and this lifelong calling comes through in his curations. The gallery itself is spacious enough for sweeping retrospectives as well as live readings, local performances, and other community gatherings and features warm, impeccably restored hardwood floors and charming, old-world brick walls reminiscent of the warehouses once prevalent in the district.
