Hi, we are FQN CommUnity Network, a social-profit community organization looking for help to transform the world.
Our primary work is to support new social organizations, non-profits, and causes to get started, set up, funded, and be successful. WE seem much better at helping other organizations than helping ourselves.
We are a worker owned and controlled cooperative, which is bottom up empowered. Everyone can vote and collaborate together.
All workers are required to speak fluent professional English, and work collaboratively as a team during real-time scheduled sessions.
Interviews and evaluations are required and our candidates are ranked based on pay rate, skills, and contributive value.
Our organization is publicly accountable, and therefore all work and workers must agree to operate publically with all communications, sessions, and documentations that is not personal.
The Position is required to be able to work directly with the CEO, Executive Committee, and the HR Board in a beneficial capacity to follow through on top priorities including finances, taxes, recruitment, budget, payroll and management.
Doing Real-Time Virtual Assistant Sessions is required from all team members so we need someone can coordinate worker schedules, and schedule a minimum of 2 Virtual Assistant Sessions per week. Otherwise we look for someone else to do the job.
We are focusing on our new world recruitment during evening hours in the Americas, so you either need to be awake in the americas time, or be willing to work during the night.
In the short term our primary work is operational, accounting, and financial support to just build a functional organization.
Currently we are not functional at all. We have major problems with workes following through on work, and completing anything. We have made some improvements through.
In our organization you are given responsibilities, and you actually have to follow through with the responsibilities, and coordinate all the work form beginning to end. This requires setting up training, documenting steps, and training new workers with what you learn.
As a worker owned cooperative, you are an owner as well as a worker, and you gain benefits, and equity ownership in the company along with your upfront fiat pay.
Currently in the next month, our main priority is getting functional and building a foundation for long term income opportunities. This includes our websites and social / multimedia frameworks which will include daily posting and requesting donation, clients, and for the public to invest in the future of humanity.
Once we get our basic multimedia framework in place with daily posting, then we will set up a targeted advertizing campaign for building our clients with our social value group.
As a coop we make all decisions collectively and by consensus. One of the decisions that we have made is that workers are required to do the work to get paid. This means that if work does NOT happen by the deadline that is agreed upon by the team, that you yourself get to vote on, then we have agreed that workers should not continue to be paid if they don't do the work.
If work is NOT done by the deadline, that means that we go on what we call a "pay stop" this can be from a small 10% pay stop, to a 50% pay stop, to a FULL 100% pay stop.
You and all workers are NEVER required to work during any pay stop. SO it is fine to simply not work and wait for myself or someone else to complete the work before continuing again, that is up to you.
Unfortunately because we are failing, and having major problems as an organization and ability to get any work done at all, we are on many pay stops, and you will be getting involved most likely with various deadlines that have already been passed.
This situation is difficult, and is not for everyone, so we want to make sure that everything is upfront and clear form the beginning, and that we ensure that all pay is fair and equitable, and in the end all decisions are made by the team, and you yourself get a vote, including on the budget. So at anytime anyone can propose increasing their pay for any reason as long as the team agrees.
So in summary, we are a failing organization, you would be coming into a very difficult situation, but we have a lot to offer the world, and the work can be very rewarding. We have a tight budget, but you should request an amount that works for you, and be flexible to learn and grow overtime.

Before you are approved to be paid, you will have to fill out our Intake Form, you will have to complete a Public Online Personnel Profile (POPP), and attend an Interview session.
We will want to ensure your POPP is reviewed and verified before you will get proposed as a Temporary Hire.
Then approved workers will start in a paid trial period for training and will get all hours paid including communications, emails, real-time sessions, and online messaging.
We also cover all fees and taxes to ensure our workers receive the amount agreed to, as well as other worker benefits and equity ownership in the worker organization.
If you are not chosen to be part of our active workers budget, you can still be considered for our backup budget, where you get approved in the budget, but do not get approved for hours.
Backup workers can be chosen to be activated any day, so if you are chosen to be a backup worker, you could be called up to start working at any moment.
We are hiring full time workers, part time, as well as substitutes. Substitute workers will be guaranteed 1 week of work per month, and then can get more hours when full time workers take leave or don't show up.
Within Workana you will be requested to do a Temporary Hire proposal to be paid to complte the rest of the recruitment process outside of Workana. There are 6 questions to answer for your Temporary Hire Proposal:
Once the team votes on your proposal, then we will let you know the outcome. If you are approved you will get the link to our recruitment portal and can continue the recruitment process paid. if you are not approved you do the the option to update and re-propose your temporary hire proposal.
Within the recruitment process you will do an interview with the team, and vote on the budget. If you are not approved in the budget and don't get hired, you will still be paid for all your time completing our recruitment process outside of workana. If you are approved into the budget you will then be responsible for making sure all work is completed by the team as an equal worker by the deadlines agreed upon. If you have any issues with any deadlines or policies for the team, it is very important that you bring that up immediately before being approved so that we can adjust the deadlines so you feel everything is done fairly and that everyone feels that the work and deadlines are correct and fair and everyone is in agreement.

c) Complete a Public Online Personnel Profile (POPP) and we will want to ensure your POPP is reviewed and verified before you are scheduled for Interview.
d) Communicate and Schedule Interview.
e) You will get proposed as a Temporary Hire to be voted by the Team.
f) Start Paid work as a trial period to get training and take on responsibilities
g) If you are approved as a backup worker, then you just wait to be activated and you will be told your ranking so you know the probability you will be chosen soon.
Note: your Interview and Temporay Hire proposal can happen quite fast (30min-1hour), and final approval shouldn’t take more than a week or two, although it can happen faster.
Once you schedule and choose your priorities and responsibilities you can work full paid hours even within a week if you focus. We do payroll monthly, so if you need funds more often than once per month, you will either need to ask for and get approved with an advance, or you will need to get involved in running payroll and doing the work required to increase payroll frequency.
You will be able to choose your own pay rate, and make updates to your pay rate on a monthly basis, and take effect 6 weeks later.
As soon as you start interacting with us, be sure to start tracking all of your hours for work reporting which is required in our HR policies.

By getting involved you agree for all communications to be public and agree to our terms of involvement and the Unity Methodology
Complete the POPP
As a Board Director, Decision Maker, Advisor, or Member, you are not required to do the POPP yourself if you don't have the time. Instead the workers can do it for you.
Follow up and request that one of our workers complete your Public Online Personnel Profile (POPP)
You will still need to communicate and answer all the required questions to fill out your information correctly.
Interview Share your Bio
To be approved as a worker you must conduct an interivew.
To be appointed for the Board of Directors, you will need to provide a bio and information about you for the actual voting. We also require Bios for Advisors and if appointed a picture for our Contributors web page.
So please make sure we get your Bio and information before the voting occurs.
Participate
Everyone can participate in the voting and collaborate on decision making through our any communications channels.
