We require all recruits in FQN to complete a Public Online Personnel Profile (POPP).

"Workers" and "Decision Makers" go through a slightly different process to complete their POPPs. Workers must complete their POPP themselves. Decision Makers are welcome to do it themselves but they can also choose to wait for one of our team members to draft and prepare their POPP on their behalf. As a Decision Maker, after the initial draft of your POPP is shared with you, we need you to simply answer the missing parts so that we can be able to finalize your POPP to meet criteria for verification. Once this is done, we will want to ensure your POPP is reviewed and verified before it gets proposed to the budget. After approval in the budget, we do add a few more criteria to make sure everything is included correctly for legally documenting your relationship within FQN Network.
Decision Makers go through the exact same detailed POPP process as Workers. The primary difference is simply that the position you are being hired for is a Decision Maker as opposed to worker, but everything else needs the same required information. Again, as a Decision Maker you are not required to go through this in detail, nor understand it all initially, but we do provide all the information for you so that you can review it if you want. As soon as you start communicating with our team, ask any of our workers to make sure you receive full support from one or more workers to accomplish this step, or simply follow the example POPP to create a blank Google document and put together your POPP yourself. If you do make your POPP yourself, be sure to let us know so that we can review and include it within the budget. Anyone who wants to be considered in the official budget, must have a POPP as it is required.

Make sure POPP pay rate values are within or match your pltaform profile or Intake Form
