Once you finish your POPP and it is verified, then your budget proposal can be added to the Monthly HR Budget to be voted on. If your POPP is completed then all you have to do is wait and get confirmation that you are in the Budget. Eventually the Budget proposal options will be presented to be voted on, and of course anyone can step up and work on the Budget to move it along.

Once the budget proposal and voting form is completed, it will be sent out to everyone, and everyone gets to vote on the budget proposal, including you. We must get agreement on the budget based on our criteria. Those who are volunteering, or those who get smaller stipends have higher power to oversee the budget. The more money you are asking to be paid, the less power you have in deciding who gets paid the money. There is no limit on how much people can propose to get paid, but if those who are making less money do not approve of the work of people who make more money, then they can vote against the budget until the budget is balanced based on the funds that we have available. 

Those that have been approved in the budget will go through specific team training as explained in Stage 5.
