Due to COVID-19, our Summer Camp Program has been cancelled.
When reaching out to our partner organizations, we learned that there is a desperate need for diapers in our local family shelters. To help fill this need, we are starting a "Dancing for Diapers" campaign and we want your kids to join in and take charge! The challenge is to collect as many diapers as they can by spreading the word with a dance video. This is a fun, meaningful way to spend their time at home. Here’s the task:
1. Join our campaign by putting your name in here: Dancing for Diapers
2. Make a sign that says “Dancing for Diapers.” Decorate it as much as you wish!
3. Learn the “Diaper Dance” that Julie, our resident dance teacher, has created to the song “Baby” or make up your own dance! There are two instruction videos attached, as well as the music file. Be creative and have fun!

4. Plan what you’re going to say on your video. Something like:
“Hi everyone! Did you know that family homeless shelters REALLY need diapers right now? I’m trying to collect as many diapers as I can so I can help! I’m about to show you my “Diaper Dance!” If you like it, please go online and order diapers to be sent to (a local family shelter)! AND let's keep it going! You can make your own diaper dance video too or just help spread the word by sending mine to your family and friends! Thanks SO much for helping me collect LOTS of diapers!! Here’s my dance!
5. Use the attached music to make your video! Hold up your sign while you’re talking! Have others join you in your dance if you want! If you have diapers in the house, find a way to incorporate them! Make it fun!
6. Email your video to family and friends, post it on social media, etc. Include the address of a family shelter near you. If you're local, the address is:

7. Ask your supporters to let you know how many diapers they sent so you can count your total! We will be emailing you a link to fill in how many diapers you collected so we can keep count!
