You can spread wild flower like Miss Rumphius by making Seed bombs. You will need clay (air dry or unscented clay kitty litter) water and flower seeds. Watch the video and learn how to make seed bombs:
When they are dry go for walk and spread your beautiful seeds!
Reflect
Use a stamp pad to make thumb print lupines on your reflection sheet then write how you will make the world more beautiful.
