Edens Landing station opened in 1986. On 21 April 1992, a second platform opened due to the duplication of the line.
Edens Landing station serves the homonymous suburb of Edens Landing which was named after Henry Edens, the man who owned the land that the suburb sits on.
Edens Landing station itself has two platforms consisting of two side platforms. Platform 1 is for outbound services and platform 2 is for inbound services.
Edens Landing station has only one station access which is from the carpark on Eddy Avenue.
Edens Landing does have disability access however assistance is required due to the steep ramp.
