Music Monday By You is a way for us to engage with our audience using music. We create a playlist that our audiences can all enjoy and have fun listening too. We always utilize energizing songs to make what is most enjoyable to our audience and peers. By creating a playlist that everyone enjoys it can be a good way to cope with stress as well as to relax while also having fun.
Music is a powerful tool to which you can incorporate in your daily routine. It is studied that listening to music releases endorphins (hormones that are associated with pleasure) into your body which can help to promote emotional wellness. In addition to it helping you to cope with stress, it can also increase productivity, focus, and aid in your socio-emotional development.
