Beginning Spring 2017 the PTA began funding art instruction at Sedgwick School. Recognizing that this was an important instruction Sedgwick students would benefit from, the PTA has continued art lessons in the classroom for this year. Each class will receive 5 online lessons with art instructor, Patricia Chen, in the 2020-21 school year.

Patricia Chen (pictured) has been teaching art to children in CUSD schools and in the City of Cupertino for many years. She teaches students art techniques using a variety of mediums such as water colors, chalk pastels, tempera pain, resist art and clay. Her projects teach children art techniques and steps in creating beautiful artwork to display and share.
