YMCA Project Cornerstone Workshops:

• Friday March 10, 2023: Managing Stress and Fostering Resiliency - What is stress? How do we manage it for ourselves and our kids? Tips for self-care and communication with our kids about stress.

• Friday March 24, 2023: Bullying Prevention - What is bullying? Tools for adults and youth to reduce/prevent bullying, as we work to create new standards of acceptable behavior.

Time: 9:30am - 11:00am

Who Should Attend: Parents, guardians and caring adults of students at Sedgwick, Collins and Eaton Elementary Schools.
