Private party transfers are accepted by appointment
$30 transfer fee if directly purchased through me.
$45 for out of network if you decide to buy it elsewhere and send it for me to begin the transfer to you, or use a face to face transfer with someone in-person.

I can be a facilitator for your outgoing private sale to ship out and I have cheaper shipping costs.
WA state has a $18 mandated transfer background check fee added in as well. This is unavoidable everywhere in the state.
If you can find a local FFL near your address for cheaper, then contact me and I'll see if I can beat their price. Must be a reasonable distance from your address on your ID. Their store policy restrictions will apply and I will verify with them.
Hypothetical examples:
They have a bulk transfer policy that requires everything be sent in one package or from one person on the same day and failure to do so means it's a separate, additional transfer fee.
Other store has bulk transfers but won't do private party transfers
They have a inventory holding fee
They require you to purchase a membership to do transfers
They can only do three transfers for the first form, then charge extra to attach the additional serial numbers form
