How do I know if you are you credible?
I have a background in firearms collecting and history. The 07 federal firearm dealer license I have displayed is very hard to get and is sought after. You can verify it online or with the ATF as well. Only an idiot would go through all of the federal processing and risk being a felon just to steal a tiny amount of money

You can come visit in-person by appointment too
I'm still not convinced.
Ask what my customer's most recent transfer is and I can show that as proof. Or I can show you the Washington State Patrol screen that only WA FFL holders can login to. Plenty of 4473 filled out forms too.
Am I at the right place?
Well-fortified brick house on the corner of the block and it's on google maps. A minute away from the Beacon Hill Light Rail Station with banks nearby too. You are at the right place
Is there parking?
Plenty of parking on my street, you'll always find a spot no problem
Why are we doing background checks and transfers outdoors?
Seasoned gun owners way back from WaffenFabrik West will know why, plus there's family inside
Is the collateral refundable?
If this was an in-queue item that has not been processed yet. contact me ASAP to cancel. Another reason would be a failed background check in which case you'll want to find someone who'll buy the firearm (directly from me as required by federal law), or I'll see if I can sell it elsewhere and get you your partial refund for the collateral.
I bring in a firearm to sell privately or to be shipped to another FFL but the buyer cancels on me. Do I need to pay for a background check to get my own gun back?
I am an 07 FFL and have the power to give it back to you unlike other FFL types. That would be awful to have to do a wait time background check and get hit by the transfer fee of your own firearm.
I bring in a firearm to sell but the buyer applicant failed the WSP background check and was denied. Do I have to pay to get my own gun back?
No because I am an 07 FFL and can give it back to the previous owner.
Firearm Registry?
Washington State requires nearly all transfers to be done with a background check at an FFL. This process is essentially your firearm "registration." it cannot be called a registration by the states, which is how they circumvent federal laws. But it essentially is a registration that the ATF and local state keeps track of. You do not keep track of it, the ATF or WA does. If you ever want to buy or sell or gift a firearm you will probably need it to go through me
What inventory do you have?
Fill out the order inquiry. I can get hundreds of thousands of items from warehouses. See page "Narrowing down..."
Out of State buyer here. I need it shipped. What can I legally buy?
Transfer-ability is between you and your local FFL. I can ship any gun to your out of state FFL. Put in an order inquiry form if your FFL allows it
Washington State resident here. What long guns can I own?
Washington State has banned just about everything but you can still purchase modern lever-actions that cowboys used. Bolt actions, pump-action rifles are allowed too. Shotguns can be allowed but see the image below. There are a few exceptions for the semi auto rifle ban, use the Seattle Gun Store Shop modified version flow chart below
You may visit this link to look at the law directly here. And see the chart below, It has been updated from the original flow chart due to some slightly off portions. Zoom in on it.

If you don't know whether your item is legal or not regarding pre-WA banned or post banned, the best advice is to keep it separate in a different room/section away from your home defense weapons and to only use it for range practice and nothing else. Then buy a 100% WA-compliant gun for home defense. If you ever need to fire it in a life or death situation, place your home defense weapon outside of your house before the police arrive to minimize unnecessary evidence seizures by the state and continuously but politely ask for a defense lawyer. There is a possibility that the police will never return your pre-WA ban weapon if they do seize it as evidence. The police may be okay with giving it to a FFL gun store when legal situation has ended.
Buying or gifting a firearm without the use of a FFL?
This is often is considered a straw-purchase by the ATF and although they have very specific exceptions to in-person gifting transfers. Don't provoke the ATF, they can throw the book at you several years later after you do it
Whoever is going to be the gun owner needs to be the one paying for it and filling out the forms by themself. The ATF also has specific guidelines against "girlfriend" straw purchases where a unknowing individual illegally buys the gun and ends up becoming a criminal and accomplice.
It needs to be FFL transferred or be fully certain it is within the legal definition of WA immediate family (RCW 9.41.113)
Can you pin or restrict magazines?
Washington RCW is worded too vaguely to not allow anyone to pin or restrict the capacity of your magazines. A gun shop that does do this could technically be breaking the state law and the fines are unconstitutionally high and can risk losing an entire house to the state. I can ship it to an out of state address at your expense.
