Enjoy dinner, awards, networking, a silent auction, and exciting raffle opportunities as we celebrate the interpreting profession and raise funds to support interpreter education, professional development, and initiatives that strengthen communication access for Deaf, DeafBlind, and hard of hearing South Dakotans. Workshop Registration Refund Policy
Workshop Registration Refund Policy
SDIA understands that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we aim to provide a fair and transparent refund policy for our interpreting workshops. Please review the following guidelines regarding cancellations and refunds.
Cancellation Requests: Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to sdinterpreters@gmail.com no later than 24 hours prior to the workshop date to be eligible for a full refund.
Refund Timeline: Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receiving the written request.
No Refunds: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the workshop or failure to attend will not be eligible for a refund.
Transfer of Registration: If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to another individual. Please notify us via email at least 24 hours in advance with the new participant's contact information.
Workshop Cancellations by Organizer: In the unlikely event that we must cancel the workshop and is not rescheduled, registrants will receive a full refund or may choose to transfer their registration to a future workshop.
