Registration is not automatic.
Scouts under age 13 must be registered by their parent.
The Trail's End Account is where Scouts and parents record orders, track sales, manage inventory, and sign up for fundraising shifts.
Registering also generates a Scout-specific code which allows you to take online sales.
Remember your Scout code, password, and username (which is case sensitive).

This Trail's End App syncs with the Trail's End web account allowing Scouts and parents to record orders, track sales, manage inventory, and sign up for fundraising shifts.
You can record sales directly in the App. You can also take credit/debit card payments through the App. (NOTE: You do not need a Square reader to use the App. You can enter credit card information manually.)
Along with your online account, the App supplements and/or replaces the paper sheet order forms.
Scouts: Think about why BSA Scouts is important to you. What is your favorite scouting memory? What are your goals for this year? Write a note telling people how they can support you by ordering popcorn from you. Include the link to your individual fundraising page at Trails End. With permission and help from your parents, distribute this to family and friends via email, text, or social media (if you use social media account).
Parents: Tell your friends, family, and colleagues about why Scouting is valuable to your family. If you are comfortable, you can promote your Scout's fundraising efforts by sending an email with a link to your Scouts Trail's End fundraising page. You can also post it to social media. Consider bringing a paper order form to your to work to collect popcorn orders.

Scouts/parents must record all other sales directly into the system via their web account or the app.
Keep your cash safe!
Cash payments from group fundraising events ("Storefront Sales") are turned in weekly. Give these to Ms. Lowen or Mr. Forman at the Tuesday meeting after the event.

After November 10: Deliver Popcorn
If you take the popcorn with you when you sell door-to-door or at a store during a fundraising event, you give it to people as soon as they buy it.
But, when people pre-order popcorn from you, you will need to deliver it.
Online orders placed through your Trail's End web page are fulfilled by Trail's End. (They are mailed directly to your supporters at the address they enter when they order.)
