SAY Award Nominated quartet Catholic Action return with their sophomore LP Celebrated by Strangers in March 2020, produced by Chris McCrory (SPINN, Walt Disco) & mixed by Rich Turvey (Blossoms, Cabbage, The Coral). In October Catholic Action announced their forthcoming album with the release of new single "One Of Us”. The track landed straight into key Spotify Editorial Playlists: New Music Friday UK; All New All Now; The Rock List; The Indie List; and Scotify. Support across the airwaves came from key BBC Radio 1 tastemakers Annie Mac and Jack Saunders, as well as gaining support from Huw Stephens and John Kennedy of BBC Radio 6 and Radio X respectively.

Once again Catholic Action found widespread critical acclaim, with “One Of Us” championed by CLASH, DORK and many more of the indie press. The release of Celebrated by Strangers coincides with the band’s appearance at SXSW 2020, with other North American shows around the festival to be confirmed. Appearances at Liverpool Sound City and Hit The North also follow in May.
