In two of the last three years, our Nursing graduates have kept up a remarkable track record of receiving the highly coveted Ministry of Health's (MOH) Overseas scholarships. Dionn from the graduating class 2008 won this award and is currently studying at an Ivy League school, the University of Pennsylvania. Marcus from the 2010 cohort has been awarded this same scholarship and is currently awaiting entry into an overseas university of his choice. At the next tier, our graduates have also been winning the competitive MOH local scholarships. Last year, we also saw a record number (11) of our students gained direct entry into the second year of the Nursing degree programme at the National University of Singapore (NUS).Two of our graduates, Antoinette and Shi Jia also received highly competitive scholarships from NUS. Shi Jia made a successful transition from our Nursing diploma to read for a Life Sciences degree. In the process she also bagged the Lee Kuan Yew Scholarship to Encourage Upgrading award.
