1. Establish SCAP regional chapters such as SCAP-Philippines, SCAP-Indonesia, SCAP-India, and other country or regional networks.
2. Elect student and professional officers who will serve as regional representatives and chapter builders.
3. Launch SCAP communications platforms, including social media accounts, SCAP Climate Action Bulletin, and SCAP Press.
4. Develop and pilot the SCAP Climate Action Project Curriculum as the organization’s core educational product.
5. Prepare students for a capstone-based Regional Dialogue where climate action projects are presented, evaluated, and improved.
6. Build a long-term pathway toward SCAP Regional Summits and eventually a global SCAP community of practice.
