A 501(c)(3) non-profit organization with the purpose of educating the public in the need for community-wide interest, concern, and involvement to ensure a quality, livable community in the Parkland, Washington area, and to provide charitable assistance as allowed by state and federal laws.
Membership
Who can join Parkland Community Assn. (PCA) ?
Membership is open to any interested person sixteen years of age and older who resides, owns property or business in the Parkland area (boundary map) or is a representative thereof. Folks who live outside of the Parkland area can join PCA as non-voting members.
Is there a fee to be a member?
Annual Membership Fees:
$25 businesses, $10 individuals, $2 financial need

Save Parkland School, a committee of PCA, provided public comment at the Pierce County Landmarks and Historic Preservation Commission and Pierce County Council meetings to protest the demolition permit on the landmark school built in 1908. The Save Parkland School Project is a subcommittee of PCA and meets weekly on Tuesday at 6 pm at Parkland Community Center.
