In September 2023, I set out to design a logo for my creator account and what you see is the outcome - it is a visual depiction of my love for science, Carnatic music and Bharathanatyam!

Thanks to my professors Prof Lolitika Mandal, Prof Sudip Mandal and Prof NG Prasad (also organizers of InDRC 2025) for giving me an opportunity to design this for the 7th Indian Drosophila Research Conference (InDRC) 2025.

Fruit flies (Drosophila melanogaster) are my favorite model system (atleast so far :). As a science communication effort in May 2022, I began sketching fruit flies under different themes, and what you see are some of them. Check out my Twitter/Instagram, for more!
