Hello!

I am Sapna, a PhD student and Centennial Fellow at Princeton University, USA in the Department of Molecular Biology. At Princeton, I am studying the role of somatic cells during mammalian gametogenesis in the Posfai and Shvartsman labs. Prior to Princeton, I earned my BS-MS degree (Biology major, Data Science minor) from the Indian Institute of Science Education and Research (IISER) Mohali where I was awarded the Professor S.N. Kaul medal for the Best All Round Performance in the Class of 2025. My time at IISER Mohali was funded by the DST-INSPIRE Scholarship from the Government of India.
