A lo Cubano: Cubanize your movement with Afro Cuban elements and isolations.
Foot work: elements and patterns needed for modern salsa.
Rumba
Old school: the essence of Cuban social dance, including Bolero, Danzon, Son, Cha cha cha, and Son Montuno.
This gives authenticity to your dancing enables you to groove with the music and enriches your modern salsa dancing.
