This photo encapsulates (pun intended) the deep level of appreciation experienced when visiting an iconic piece of architecture that I had studied. Although there are more impressive buildings I see regularly, this was the first time I had spent extended time researching a particular building/ movement, to standing in front of it. R.I.P metabolism.
