Over the years i have have been exposed to a wide range of projects with various roles.

Red eye construction (3 months)

My time at Red Eye started out as a general labourer with tasks including demolition, waterproofing, site management duties and framing. Due to construction taking place within a mental health wing, strict compliance standards were adhered to at all times due to increased safety risks, I also became proficient in on-site safety assessments including hot-works permits and establishment of exclusion zones.

Aveo Newcastle Retirement Village - Midson construction

I subcontracted for short periods over a 3 month span on a large retirement village. Initially tasked with general labouring roles, but as schedules became tight I transitioned into a carpenters role, working unsupervised handling fitout duties including architrave, skirting boards, bathroom fittings (handle rail, toilet roll, towel rail) and eave sheet replacement.

Babic constructions

Working short term in a carpenters role on a high end residential property, my main role was working in conjunction with another carpenter fixing eave panel boards, also assisting with concrete pours (formwork, reinforcement, pour and finish.)
