This week our team was gearing up for the production pass, where we had all known it was coming up. We were also starting to work on and test so many future ideas it was good to hone back in. In this we put a hard focus on getting the story boarding, concepting, colors, layout, etc. into a good spot. I volunteered for being in charge of editing, and creating the animatic from the teams story boarding, mostly because I was the editor for the last three team projects I have been on and seem to not be bad! I also wanted to help with the creation of the presentation, but ended up going over board and getting almost all of it done. It has been so awesome to see how the team has really honed in on our world, and how much effort the story boarding people have been working.

This was an amazing thing to see this week, as many of us were working and planning to work on different things as of last week. However when Rob expressed his concerns about the production pass, 4-5 of us completely switched priorities so that we can crush presentation! In this I feel that that we were able to work well as a team, where someone raised a concern as we immediately talked about it, made a plan, divided up new work tasks, and in the end we were able to come together and get that much closer to a end product and shared story world. 

As I said above I was intending to just help out with the presentation, and I worked with the group to plan what slides should come and when. Then when I got home I finished up the majority of the slides with all of the group's amazing art and ideas we have been creating. I have been doing editing for a long time now, so editing our story boards into an animatic was really easy! I personally enjoy editing other people's art, work, or ideas over my own! In this it was really rewarding to edit our animatic together, I am always amazed at how drawings come to life so quickly!
