We will meet and talk about your goals, the type of equipment that you have access to, and your schedule. Based off of your needs and past exercise history, I will design a customized workout plan for you. After following the plan for 4-6 weeks, it is recommended to reach out to for an updated program in order to ensure we are progressing.
