I am not a coach that is all talk: I pride myself in practicing what I preach. I would never ask a client to attempt something that I could not do. All my certifications are kept current, I am fully licensed and insured.
I have spent the past several years creating new opportunities and transforming lives by providing encouragement, establishing rapport, and forming personal bonds with those that I serve. Fitness journeys need to be rewarding and celebrated, but also genuinely approached in order to make a sustainable and everlasting impact.
To date, I have been involved with dance, running, martial arts, and bodybuilding. I have worked with a wide array of clients of all ages, with multiple health conditions and various goals. By establishing a welcoming and accountable environment, my clients have achieved phenomenal results; from losing over 100 pounds and maintaining that loss, to regaining the energy needed to play with their grandkids, I am proud of my clients and their success.
I take a whole health approach to coaching clients. When building programs physical, nutritional and mental health are all taken into consideration. Exercise programs build physical health. Nutritional plans are effective, simple to follow, and put into practice in a way helps to achieve balance in your life. I am passionate about helping others learn to live a healthy lifestyle where they not only reach their goals, but maintain lifelong changes.
