I would love to train with you, but how do I know we will be a good fit?
Before we talk at all payments/costs, it is imperative that we are on the same page. All new clients are recommended to meet for a free consultation - there are no gimmicks, no tricks. No matter what your fitness objectives and ambitions are, whether it is fat loss, getting wedding ready, or for overall health, we will come to an agreement together on what is best for you.
Free consultation - Awesome, but what else will it cost?
We will discuss more during the consultation since the true answer is "it depends." It will depend on how many sessions you want per week, in person vs online, and more based on your initial starting point, goals, and time frame. I will accommodate your budget and schedule as best as possible. See pricing under "Personalized Training", for more specifics.
What can I expect during the consultation?
Think of it more like a conversation. Come prepared with question! It will take us between 30-60 minutes depending on questions that you might have. I will send you a couple things to fill out prior (exercise history, PAR-Q, contact info, etc.) in order to make sure we are utilizing our time as much as possible. I understand your time is important, and I want to make sure you receive the most value for your time.
Consultation is done - now what?
Depends on where we are getting started with your plan. One day at a time! As you get stronger, you will notice anything you set your mind to will become easier. No matter which option you choose, feel free to contact me with any questions, comments, or concerns that you have. We can get started training as soon as you are ready.
