Questions for Interviewers
04. 25. 2023
2. "Do you need me to elaborate on anything I said or that you read on my resume?"
I feel that it is a good idea to ask this question because, just like what Mr. Roberts said, it is a good method to use in order to have the interviewer take a look at your resume again.
3. “Who do you think would be the ideal candidate for this position, and how do I compare?”
This is a good question to ask in order to find out what the interviewer can say about you. If they are complimentary of you, they will most likely be interested in hiring you for the position.
4. "Are you hesitant about my qualifications?"
I feel that is a good question to ask as it is a good way to reassure the interviewer of any doubts they might have of you. If they answer this question, you can find out what may be holding them back from hiring you and you can probably change their mind.
11. Can you tell me how you support your team’s growth with professional development opportunities?
This is another good question as it can benefit and enhance the company by going over some helpful ideas. As a potential interviewee, you can discuss various strategies for increasing clientele, including how you might publicize the company's services and products. Regarding development and inquiries for particular training, I believe it is wise to do so in order to be ready for the position you are assuming.
MEEC Organizers and Sponsors
03.22.2023
The chapter two lesson discusses the many gathering-holding organizations and the distinctive and varied ways in which these meetings are organized and conducted. We learned that all of these events are carefully prepared in many different ways in order to meet the requirements and demands of the attendees. The three organizations include Corporations, Associations, and Government.
CORPORATIONS are legally recognized businesses that operate on behalf of their owners in an effort to maximize profit and value. Their objectives include incentives, team building, and training. Corporation members are centralized senior managers who act as directors of shareholders (hierarchy). These meetings often have between 10 to a thousand participants, depending on the firm that comes up. While the corporation is in charge of paying for everything, the lead time for preparing their events is less than six months.
A group of people who are gathered together in an ASSOCIATION for certain goals and a set of shared interests. Associations can vary. From business, to commercial, to educational, social occasions, et. al. Each of their members has voting authority in the committee. Several hundred to tens of thousands of people typically attend meetings. Large associations require five to 10 years or more to complete, according to this organization's lead time. While smaller associations require at least a year. As if attendees were responsible for covering the cost of the conference's lodging, transportation, and registration.
Subdivisions of the federal, state, and municipal governments exist in the realm of GOVERNMENT. The majority of the members are councillors. The meetings' sizes fluctuate, thus there is no set number. Less than three to four months are needed to arrange an event. The department allocates meeting budget since funding is given through the legislative procedure.
