With the holidays around the corner it is important to be aware of scams. The article makes you aware of email scams especially during the holidays. "Cybercriminals take advantage of particular subjects such as "Cyber Monday" and "Black Friday" deals to attract the consumers attention." Large retailers and many consumers are affected by these deceiving emails every year. Ways you can protect yourself from these incidents are to inspect every email, run anti-virus software, and regularly install patches to keep software up to date.

The biggest lesson I learned during this assignment is that cyber security threats are real and always happening. It is important to be aware of this issue and know the steps to take to protect your privacy. The landscape of cyber threats are constantly evolving. I didn't realize how many people can be targeted and effected at one time.
